1 year agoMendota - a 3 alarm fire last night destroyed almost an entire block of downtown along Illinois Ave between Washington & Jefferson. Fortunately no one was injured including several animals rescued from UJ Pets. Crews are starting demolition and cleanup

1 year agoAt approximately 2:15am, the ProspectHeights Police and Fire Department responded to a person shot at Apple Dr and Burning Bush Ln. The victim was taken to a local hospital in very critical condition. Police are investigating.
