1 year agoCarlos Rivera, AKA Slim, was shot and killed on the 4300 block of N Whipple. His neighbor was having a gathering and causing a disturbance. He asked to keep it down as he had to work & a guest shot him in the face and body and was later pronounced. Rivera was a high school umpire
