Two men were shot inside of a residence in the 7500 block of S. Calumet Avenue in Chicago, Illinois, on Sunday, May 25, 2025. Sunday morning at approximately 6:02 AM, two men, a 35-year-old and a 31-year-old were inside a residence when they were shot by a male suspect. The suspect fled on foot eastbound on 76th Street.

Sunday morning at approximately 3:20 AM a 59-year-old man and a woman, were approached by an unknown suspect inside a black SUV who fired multiple gunshots in the victims’ direction. The 59-year-old man sustained a gunshot wound to his right leg and was transported to Stroger Hospital in good condition. The woman sustained a gunshot wound to her left shoulder and was transported to Stroger Hospital in critical condition.

Saturday morning at approximately 11:01 AM, an 18-year-old man, was outside of the alley when the known suspect produced a firearm and opened fire. The victim sustained multiple gunshot wounds to the body and face and was transported to Mt. Sinai hospital in critical condition. The suspect was taken into custody and the weapon was recovered.
