2100 block of W. Gladys Avenue, a 20-year-old male was exiting a vehicle when he heard shots and felt pain. The 20-year-old male victim was taken to the hospital with a gunshot wound to the lower left leg and is listed in good condition.
Monday morning, at 2135 W. Jackson Boulevard, a 24-year-old male was standing on the corner, heard gunshots and felt pain. The 24-year-old male victim was taken to the hospital and is listed in good condition.
Monday morning on the 1100 block of N. Ridgeway Avenue, a 26-year-old female victim was shot multiple times in the head. The female victim was stabilized and transported to the hospital where she is listed in critical condition. No suspects are in custody. Detectives with Chicago Police canvassed the area and searched for clues throughout the morning.
7100 block of S. Morgan Street, a 43-year-old male victim was outside when a black sedan, possibly a Dodge Charger, approached and someone inside opened fire. The victim sustained multiple gunshot wounds to the chest and was transported to the hospital in critical condition. No other injuries were reported and no suspects are in custody at this time.

4200 block of W. Roosevelt Rd., a 21-year-old male victim traveling in a vehicle was approached by unknown suspects in an unknown vehicle. At least one unknown suspect showed a firearm and fired shots at the victim. The 21-year-old male victim's vehicle was located on the 4000 block of West Arthington Street with bullet hole damage throughout the vehicle. The 21-year-old male victim sustained multiple gunshot wounds to the leg and was transported to the hospital and is listed in good condition. There are no suspects in custody.

Chicago police are investigating a vehicle collision involving two vehicles on the 2600 block of S. California Avenue in Chicago, Illinois on June 16, 2024. The vehicle collision occurred at approximately 5:08 a.m., Sunday morning and multiple injuries were reported.
Two people shot in Chicago, Illinois on June 16, 2024. At approximately 1:07 a.m., Sunday morning on the 7300 block of S. Ada Street, a 48-year-old male victim sustained a gunshot wound to the face and a 29-year-old female victim sustained a gunshot wound to the face. Both victims were transported to the hospital and are in serious condition. Preliminary investigation indicates that they were shot at by an unknown suspect traveling in a vehicle. There are no suspects in custody.
Hicago police on the scene of a fatal early morning Father's Day shooting of an unidentified male approximately 35 to 40 years of age who was shot several times barbarically and was killed on Father's Day in Chicago, Illinois on June 16, 2024. At approximately 2:32 a.m., Sunday morning on Father's Day on the 11500 block of S. LaSalle Street, Chicago police discovered an unidentified male victim, approximately 35 to 40 years of age who sustained multiple gunshot wounds to the body. Over 35 casings were located near the victim's body and more than 35 shell casings were discovered on the scene. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene and there are no suspects in custody.
4500 block of S. Evans Avenue, three victims were struck by gunfire. A 26-year-old female victim sustained one gunshot wound to the buttocks and was transported to the hospital and is in good condition. A 38-year-old male victim sustained one gunshot wound to the chest and was transported to the hospital where he is in critical condition. A 35-year-old male sustained a gunshot wound to the head and was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. Preliminary investigation indicates that the three victims were shot at by multiple suspects who fled the scene on foot. There are no suspects in custody.

200 block of N. Latrobe Avenue, a 49-year-old male Rideshare driver was providing the ride share service when an unidentified male suspect entered through the rear door of his vehicle and pointed a firearm at the victim while demanding him to exit the vehicle. The Rideshare driver complied and while doing so, the suspect shot the victim in the leg before fleeing the scene in the victim’s gray sedan. The Rideshare driver was transported to the hospital and is in good condition. There are no suspects in custody.
Two people shot in Chicago, Illinois on the 6100 block of S. King Dr., Chicago police located a 46-year-old male with a gunshot wound to both of his legs, the male victim is in good condition. A 41-year-old female was struck in the face by gunfire and was transported to the hospital in critical condition. The shooting appears to have occurred outdoors.
Two people shot in Chicago, Illinois on the 7000 block of S. Green St., two victims were near the sidewalk when they were approached by an unknown vehicle, and an occupant from within fired shots. A 42-year-old male victim was struck in the buttocks and a 45-year-old male victim was struck in the arm, groin area, and leg. Both victims self-transported to the hospital and are in good condition. There are no suspects in custody.
