3400 block of W. Madison Street, an unidentified male adult was standing on the street when an occupant in a black sedan fired shots. The victim was transported to the hospital and is listed in serious condition with gunshot wounds to the body. There are no suspects in custody.
4300 block of W. Monroe Street, a 34-year-old male was driving a vehicle when shots were fired. The victim continued driving and struck several parked vehicles before he exited the vehicle and collapsed. The victim was transported to the hospital and is listed in serious condition with a gunshot wound to the back. There are no suspects in custody.
500 block of N. Laramie Avenue, three victims were in the rear yard of a residence with other people, when shots were fired. A 49-year-old female was transported to the hospital in good condition with a gunshot wound to the left shoulder. A 33-year-old female was transported to the hospital in critical condition with a gunshot wound to the abdomen. A 42-year-old male was transported to the hospital in good condition with a graze wound to the head. There are no suspects in custody.

LOUD REPORTS, gunshots heard near 101/Morgan. Chicago
1300 block of S. Independence Blvd, a 13-year-old male was standing on the sidewalk when an unknown male suspect fired shots. The victim suffered a gunshot wound to the head and was pronounced dead. There is no one in custody and the circumstances surrounding the incident are being investigated by Chicago police detectives.

At approximately 8:36 a.m., Friday morning a 50-year-old male victim and an unknown suspect were having a verbal altercation outside at Whole Foods Market when the suspect showed a firearm and began to fire shots in the victim’s direction.

One person was shot at Whole Foods Market on E. Grand Ave., Chicago police have set up a crime scene around Whole Foods Market and the Whole Foods Market parking garage. The K9 unit is actively searching for the suspect who is described as a male Black in his 30s wearing a black shirt, orange pants and with a beard.

700 E 61st St: a call of an assault in progress at the Post Office, caller is a postal carrier and her supervisor threw a scanner at her, it didn't hit her, she refused EMS, she suspects the supervisor is intoxicated. Chicago
9100 block of S. Harper Avenue, four victims were standing on the sidewalk when an occupant in a red sedan fired shots. A 44-year-old male was transported to the hospital in fair condition with a gunshot wound to the back. A 37-year-old male walked into the hospital and is in fair condition with a gunshot wound to the right arm. A 33-year-old female walked into the hospital and is listed in critical condition with a gunshot wound to the neck. A 30-year-old male walked into the hospital and is listed in fair condition with gunshot wounds to the left leg. There are no suspects in custody.
100 block of N. Mayfield Avenue, a 52-year-old male was sitting in a parked vehicle when an unknown male suspect approached on foot and fired shots. The victim was transported to the hospital in serious condition with a gunshot wound to the abdomen. There are no suspects in custody.

5510 N Neva: a call of 5 shots fired
smoke and use oxygen at the same time. Person suffered superficial burns after they tried to smoke a cigarette while on medical oxygen here at 6329 N Albany. This was originally dispatched as a Still and Box Alarm but quickly struck out.

11900 block of S. Michigan Avenue, four people were near the sidewalk when they were approached by an unknown vehicle when an occupant from within showed a handgun and fired shots. A 22-year-old female victim was shot in the leg and is in good condition, a 23-year-old female victim was shot in the leg and is in good condition, a 29-year-old female was shot in the back and is in good condition, and a 29-year-old male victim was shot in the thigh and buttocks and is in critical condition. There are no suspects in custody and police are investigating.
