Diversey at approximately 5:59 p.m., a 32-year-old male victim was near the sidewalk when he was approached by an unknown suspect who showed a handgun and fired shots. The victim was struck multiple times in the body and was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. There are no suspects in custody and police are investigating.
