54-year-old male victim shot and killed in Chicago, Illinois On the 11200 block of S. Vernon Avenue. 54-year-old male victim was on the sidewalk when he sustained a gunshot wound to the head by an unknown suspect. The victim was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Two people shot in Chicago, Illinois on the 6700 block of S. Jeffrey Blvd, the two victims were standing in a gas station when an occupant in a dark-colored sedan fired shots.
