46-year-old man fatally shot while inside of a Chevy vehicle on the 800 block of N. Cambridge Avenue in Chicago, Illinois, on July 5, 2025. Saturday morning at approximately 9:48 AM, a 46-year-old male was inside of a vehicle when unknown suspects opened fire. The victim sustained multiple gunshot wounds to the back and was pronounced dead. The suspects fled in a dark colored vehicle. One person of interest is in custody according to the Chicago Police. The investigation remains ongoing.
