A man was found shot Saturday night in the Austin neighborhood on the West Side. The 33-year-old was discovered with a gunshot wound to the face about 9 p.m. in the basement of a home in the 1400 block of North Lotus, Chicago Police said.
A man was hurt when someone shot him in the face with a pellet gun Saturday night at a CTA station on the Near North Side. About 9 p.m., the 21-year-old was sitting on the platform of the Grand Station when a male got onto a Red Line train and then fired a shot from a pellet gun at him, Chicago Police said.
Man was shot Saturday night in the West Garfield Park neighborhood. The 26-year-old was shot in the right foot about 7:10 p.m. in the 300 block of South Kilbourn, according to preliminary information from Chicago Police.

A man was seriously wounded early Friday when his car was repeatedly rammed before he was shot in the West Town neighborhood. The man, 19, was driving a Chevrolet Coupe about 4:05 a.m. when a Black Hyundai Santa Fe followed him east in the 2300 block of West Grand Avenue and intentionally struck his vehicle from behind several times, according to Chicago Police.

Police have identified the man shot to death early the morning of Christmas Eve at a home in Monmouth as Zackery D. Talley, 27. Drew M. Pearman, also of Monmouth, has been charged with first-degree murder in Talley’s shooting death. Monmouth Police responded to a home near the intersection of W. 4th Street and Main Street around 7:30 a.m. on Sunday, December 24th. Officers found Talley’s body there and determined he was killed by a gunshot wound.
